We’re delighted to share that we will be collaborating with Cambridge Film Festival and their education partner Anglia Ruskin University, in our role as media partner, on the CFF Reel Voices scheme.
Participants in Reel Voices are local to Cambridgeshire, aged between 18 and 30. The selected writers will participate in two pre-festival workshops and a post-festival career development session. Participants will also have the chance to work with a mentor via ARU who will guide them in writing three pieces of film journalism.
For the first time since the scheme was established, one of the pieces from each participant will be pre-selected for publication on TAKE ONE.
TAKE ONE began as a collaboration between writers that published reviews on the Cambridge Film Festival website in 2011, so we are thrilled at this newest iteration of our strong links with the festival and ARU.
